Anrill Commerce provides a cloud-based ecommerce platform that enables merchants to create online stores, manage products, process orders, and accept payments. Our services include but are not limited to website hosting, payment processing integration, inventory management, and analytics.

3. Account Registration

To use our services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Subscription and Payments

Our services are offered on a subscription basis. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees as described in our pricing page. All fees are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Sell prohibited, counterfeit, or illegal products
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• Distribute malware or engage in phishing activities

All content, features, and functionality of our platform are owned by Anrill Commerce and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your store content, products, and customer data.

7. Limitation of Liability

Anrill Commerce shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease. You may export your data within 30 days of termination.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, India.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through our platform. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
